Redemption Process

• When you are ready to register your certificate, fill out the registration form in its entirety and mail to the address on the registration form.

• Upon receipt of your registration form a confirmation letter will be sent to you along with a form for you to choose your travel dates. You must list 3 choices for travel dates. Minimum 60 day advance notice is required. Please ensure you read the letter in full as it will contain important information about choosing your travel dates.

• Once you have completed the form, you will submit it to our office by mail.

• Upon receipt of your selected travel dates, you will be sent an e-mail confirming which of the 3 travel dates has been confirmed for travel. The e-mail will include all the information about the completion of the booking process.

• If for any reason your dates are not available, you will be advised in writing and will be asked to choose alternative dates.

YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR CERTIFICATE TO QUALIFY FOR TRAVEL DATES

DATE REDEMPTION LETTERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE SAME TIME OF CERTIFICATE REGISTRATION. AS PER YOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS, ONCE YOU REGISTER YOUR CERTIFICATE, YOU WILL BE MAILED YOUR TRAVEL CORRESPONDENCE, WHICH WILL THEN PERMIT YOU TO SUBMIT YOUR TRAVEL DATES.

Please Note: Due to major conventions, and major holidays, we will not be able to accommodate any travel date requests for the month of November 2010. Please do not choose any travel dates within this month.
